Little women

13 Jul

Hey! So I just finished reading ‘Little women’, though it was not easy to read, I learned a lot from this book. I tells us about how to behave properly, it is a bit old fashioned but there is a lot about not complaining for example, which is something that I myself should matter better.. And surely many people have the same problem. If you haven’t read ‘Little women’ I dare say that you should.

Quote from the book:

“Money is a needful and precious thing,–and, when well used, a noble thing,–but I never want you to think it is the first or only prize to strive for. I’d rather see you poor men’s wives, if you were happy, beloved, contented, than queens on thrones, without self-respect and peace.”

  • -Louisa May Alcott, Little Women

Good advise from the girls’ mother whom is to give many other advises than just that.
I’m going to see the movie ‘Little women’ from 1994 in a couple of minutes.
